You must let me know you are joining so I can plan appropriately, and you must tell me if you will meet at my house or at the campus.
We will leave my house at approximately 2:35 PM to drive to campus.
We will meet at Roosters 3370 Olentangy River Rd, Columbus, OH 43202, and have a fellowship meal at 3 PM.
After that, we will move our cars to the corner of Stinchcomb and Olentangy River Rd. It is a side street with free parking between a Holiday Inn on the north and a Fairfield Inn on the south. A good address for your GPS is the Holiday Inn 3045 Olentangy River Rd.
If you are meeting us at the campus, you are expected to be at the location and ready by the appointed time. So you can either meet us at Roosters or at the car parking spot. Please do not be the reason an entire group of people is held up. For example, it is a good idea to go into one of the hotels and use the restroom before we drive to the ministry location.
We will all get into a large vehicle and Jason or I will drop everyone off together at Lane and Olentangy River Rd with a goal of being ready to begin ministry by 4:30 PM.
We will minister until about 7:30 when the same vehicle will pick us up.
Then we will take you back to your car and we will leave. Note, the fellowship is BEFORE evangelism this week to give people time to go home on a Saturday night.
Be prepared: for example, be ready for rain or shine, sunscreen or a hat if needed, water bottle, comfortable shoes, hand warmers or layers when it gets cold, etc.
Note: if you do not want to ride together, then you will have to make your own plans for how you will find parking to get to the ministry location.
